About me
I am a computer engineer graduated in 2020 at Polytechnic of Turin in Italy, specialised in computer networks. If you want to know more about my background, you can read my master degree thesis here.
Over the past six years of work experience, I started a natural and gradual transition toward the human side of the tech world. I’m deeply interested in organizational psychology, mental health, soft skills and personal growth, and I’m drawn to developing new ways of working that foster collaboration and well-being, and promote a more human and empathetic leadership model, that isn’t driven solely by numbers and performance.
I am currently pursuing an MBA to turn my natural desire to create real, positive impact in the world and in society into something concrete.
